GENERAL RULES• I have the right to publicly share my work in any format, except for private commissions.
• I reserve the right to decline any commissions or request that causes discomfort or for which I do not feel confident in completing satisfactorily.
• The Commissioner and the Artist shall not disclose each other's personal/contact details to any third parties without explicit consent from the other party.
• Commissions that require me to replicate another artist's style may be declined at my discretion.
• I cannot be held liable for any misunderstanding or misconceptions if the commissioner fails to thoroughly read my Terms of Service.
• You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
• Please credit me as the Illustrator or 3D Modeller when sharing publicly.
• Reusing any parts of a personal commission for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Usage of the commission in any blockchain-related technology, including but not limited to NFTs and cryptocurrency, is strictly prohibited.
• Using the commission in any AI-related technology, including but not limited to AI Art Generators, is strictly prohibited.
• The commission may not be used to incite hate, harassment, or illegal activities.
• You may not claim authorship of the artwork.
• The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.________________________________________________________FOR ILLUSTRATIONS▸Start
Please submit an existing character/design sheet of your character or a moodboard as a reference. I will not accept written descriptions without any visual reference.
You are required to pay 50% of the commission price upfront.
The canvas size will be determined by the artist if you do not know what you want.▸Sketching phase
I will send you screenshots of the sketches to review.
Changes can be made free of charge during this phase.▸Payment
You are required to pay the 50% remaining.
I will provide a final sketch for approval after receiving the payment to avoid any scams.▸Cleaning and Rendering phase
I will keep the commissioner updated with screenshots of the progress until completion.
Changes may cost an extra fee during this phase. Please review your commission carefully during the sketching phase.
     ✦ Minor Adjustements:
You may request small changes free of charge, such as color
adjustements, adding small details and fixing a mistake made by the Artist.
     ✦ Major Adjustements:
Any significant modification of the artwork that requires the
artist to remake part of the piece, including but not limited to a change in pose, character design, composition, will result in

COMMERCIAL USAGE• Commissioned artwork can be used for commercial purposes under the following pricing tiers:
▸ 1,5x Price Tier: Can use in monetized platforms such as TwitchTV and YouTube. Giving proper credits to the artist is required (i.e.: Art by @Daeliaa_ on Twitter).
▸ 2x Price Tier: For small businesses only. Tier 1 advantages + Permission to sell merchandise containing the purchased illustration.
▸ 3x Price Tier: For big businesses or high-selling products. Tier 1 and 2 advantages + Permission to sell a significant amount of merchandise featuring the artwork.________________________________________________________REGARDING PRIVATE COMMISSIONS• A privacy fee will not be applied.
• The commissioner must let me know in advance if they wish to keep the commission private.
• I will not be held liable for publicly sharing the commission if the commissioner failed to inform me beforehand.________________________________________________________PAYMENT AND COMMISSION DETAILS• All prices are in USD and payment is accepted via PayPal invoice only.
Commmissions can be paid upfront or via payment plans, with upfront payments allowing to proceed to the cleaning phase immediately. Partially paid clients must wait until fully paid to proceed. Ensure your email matches your PayPal email to avoid scams.
• Commissions are reviewed, not first-come, first served. I will notify accepted clients, and may contact those declined, though this may take time.
• Slots reservations are not accepted, and not all applications may be accepted due to limited availability. I will work on one or two commissions at a time and reopen once current projects are completed.
• I don't accept commissions with deadlines under 2 weeks.
• Payment of the invoice implies acceptance of those terms and conditions.________________________________________________________REFUND AND CHARGEBACK POLICY• Illustration: A full refund is available before I commence work, and a partial refund will be considered based on the progress made.
• 3D Model: A full refund is only possible if work has not yet started.
• It is strongly advised that commissioners are fully committed before placing an order to avoid complications, including potential Paypal fees associated with refunds.
• Filling a chargeback will result in forfeiture of all rights to commissioned work. Additionally, you will be added to my blacklist, barred from future purchases, and other artists will be informed to prevent future transactions.
________________________________________________________WORK SPEED• My Illustrations typically take 2-3 weeks and my 3D Models take 3-4 months. Timeframes may extend based on complexity. More components mean more time. Note that timezone differences may cause communication delays.
• Please avoid rushing me, as it adds pressure and affects quality. I also balance personal commitments offline.
• I'll keep clients updated on any delays or issues, both publicly and privately.

F.A.Q.Where/How do I download the finished commission?
I will send you a link to your very own folder in my google drive where I will put the finished products inside for you to download. Do not share the access with other people as this folder may be used again in the future if you commission me again.
